Eligibility and consent

You must be 18 or older. You may upload only photographs of yourself or another adult who has clearly authorized you to use their likeness for this purpose. You are responsible for the photos and creative directions you submit.

Privacy and optional measurement

Our Privacy Policy describes the data needed to provide Allure and the optional analytics and advertising-measurement choices. These optional choices are separate from accepting these terms or purchasing a subscription. You can decline or withdraw them without losing paid features or access to your photos. Apple tracking permission is also required for advertising tracking.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid access is purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. The exact price, billing period, trial, and renewal terms shown by Apple at checkout control. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Allure includes Restore Purchases.

Access may be subject to clearly disclosed fair-use, safety, and provider-capacity limits. Apple handles charges, refunds, taxes, and payment disputes under its policies.

AI results

Generated images can contain mistakes, artifacts, or unexpected details. Allure is designed to preserve identity, but no model can guarantee perfect resemblance or suitability for a particular platform. Review every result before posting it and do not present a synthetic scene as evidence of an event, possession, relationship, credential, or achievement that did not occur.

Prohibited use

• No minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, stalking, defamation, fraud, or impersonation.
• No attempt to evade the paywall, entitlement checks, generation limits, provider safety systems, or app security.
• No unlawful content or use that infringes privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights.
• No automated scraping, resale of the service, or interference with Allure, Vercel, Apple, RevenueCat, Google, or Higgsfield systems.

Your images

You retain the rights you already hold in your reference photos. Subject to provider terms and applicable law, you may use generated results for your personal dating profile and other lawful personal purposes. These terms do not give you rights in another person's likeness, trademarks, locations, or third-party material that may appear in a result.

Service changes and availability

Image providers sometimes queue, reject, or fail a request. We may change providers, limits, or features to protect quality, safety, cost, and reliability. We may suspend access for abuse or a material breach of these terms. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
